A: All Hair Types (e.g. Curly, Wavy, Coily, Kinky and Straight)

    Q: Are all of your products unisex?                                                                 

    A: Yes, all of our products are unisex.

      Q: Are your hair products safe for infants and toddlers?                               

      A: Yes, all of our hair products are suitable for infants, toddlers and adults.

        Q: Are your products vegan friendly?                                                              

        A: Yes, except our deodorant (it contains beeswax).

          Q: Why is the consistency different between my current order and last order?

          A: We use natural ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.  All of products are made to order.

            Q: How long does it take to see results from your hair and body care collection?   

            A: Within 1-2 months with consistent use.

              Q: What if I had an allergic reaction to your products?                     

              A: Immediately, stop using the product and contact your physician.  Before purchase, please visit our product page and review the ingredients list for the product(s) you are interested in.

                Q: Do you ship internationally?

                    Q: The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?                                   

                    A: Once an order has shipped,  ÀSE BodyCare (ah-shay) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order.  The Customer must enter a safe and accurate address when entering their shipping address.  Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.  Please have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
